Etienne founded Longevity Partners in 2015. Prior to that, Etienne worked at Knight Frank, JLL and the United Nations Environment Programme (the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agendas).

Etienne has more than a decade of experience in sustainable property investment and strategy.

In 2019, Etienne won the EG Awards in the category ‘Future of Real Estate’. Before that, Etienne was picked to be an Estate Gazette’s ‘Property Rising Star’ and nominated for numerous awards as one of the most active young leaders in the sustainability and real estate industries. He regularly speaks at high-level events, giving his vision for smart cities, carbon neutral buildings, wellbeing in the work place and the future of the real estate industry.

Etienne graduated from the London School of Economics. A keen sportsman, Etienne has run nine marathons and enjoys playing tennis, sailing, skiing, cycling and golf. He is married with a daughter and a son.

Jessica has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies at the asset, portfolio, and enterprise levels – helping global organizations maximize value creation, reduce risk, and achieve their ambitious net-zero goals.

Before leading Longevity Partners, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, where she set the company’s sustainability, integrated green principles into core real estate services, and delivered value-add sustainability advisory services for both investors and occupiers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she led the environmental practice for North America at Arcadis, managed the renewable energy and climate consulting team at 3Degrees, and directed multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of clean energy programs at Pacific Gas & Electric.

Jessica’s leadership is defined by her commitment to turn ambition into action by leading digital transformation, leveraging advanced analytics, and accelerating sustainability as a core driver of value creation.

Michael Youtsos is the COO of Longevity Partners, with deep expertise in private markets, deal advisory, sustainable investing, and decarbonisation. He has led 20+ PE portfolio projects and 50+ buy/sell-side deals, focusing on brown-to-green conversions, carbon capture, climate tech, infrastructure, real estate, and renewables.

Ed joined Longevity in September 2022, following 15 years of experience working as an engineering consultant. Ed brings with him global project experience, including 5 years in the Asia-Pac region. As group Chief Innovation Officer, Ed spearheads technical optimisation across our services. He is an expert in multiple areas, including building energy efficiency, asset, and portfolio scale net zero carbon strategies, passive design, heritage buildings, and air quality.

Nicola joined Longevity Partners in September 2025 as Chief Growth Officer, bringing more than 15 years of global leadership in sustainability consultancy, energy management, and Net Zero strategy.

Before joining Longevity, he served as Global Lead for Technical Solutions at CBRE, where he spearheaded innovation in sustainable products and portfolio decarbonisation across international real estate markets.

A Mechanical Engineer and certified Passive House Designer, Nicola combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision. At Longevity, he is driving company-wide growth through market expansion, product innovation, and scalable low-carbon solutions – helping clients turn sustainability into a lasting competitive advantage.

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership across global markets, with expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

Before joining Longevity Partners, he spent nearly 21 years at ERM (Environmental Resources Management), where he led financial strategy across the UK and Asia-Pacific, managing operations in 12 countries and driving EBITDA growth. He later served as VP of Financial Operations at Prescient Healthcare Group, overseeing financial planning, ERP implementation, and ESG initiatives, including Ecovadis Silver Certification and progress toward B Corp status.

Stephen is passionate about financial performance, sustainability, and driving long-term environmental impact.

Punam has 10+ years’ experience across the professional and financial services sector including a Fortune 500 company and at various leading law firms. As a true generalist – she has a vast array of legal experience covering complex commercial litigation, commercial contracts/corporate, M&A, reputation management, data protection, IP and employment, and advising on ESG issues. Punam lives by the principle that good legal advice is commercial, pragmatic, and strategic, and partners with the business to achieve its objectives. She is passionate about the environment and social equity, and is a Co-Opted Governor for a primary school in Hackney (London). In her spare time, she enjoys creative writing, cooking, interior design, nature and skiing!  

With 10 years of experience as a Chartered Fellow CIPD, Jehona has a wealth of knowledge in managing various HR functions. Her previous role at a prominent private aviation firm as well as 3 years at Longevity Partners has allowed her to oversee HR operations across the UK, Europe & US. Jehona’s expertise lies in recruitment & selection, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, as well as HR data and analytics. 

Organisations stems from the interconnectedness of core functions and the emphasis on employee well-being. Jehona’s inspirational HR quote is, “Empowering employees leads to empowered organisations.” In her free time, she juggles her property organisation company, indulges in long bike rides, participates in HR roundtables, and embraces the joy in every moment of life.

Caitriona Hunter joined Longevity Partners in London as Managing Director UK following a 25-year tenure as an Investment Manager at CBRE IM. She has extensive experience in real estate fund management, fund structuring, capital raising and asset management.

Caitriona is passionate about the ESG impact of real estate assets from an environmental and social impact perspective. She believes that real estate must address its impact on the environment and that quantifying and understanding what is needed will act as a catalyst for change.

Having been active in the field of sustainable urban development since 2012, Roger joined Longevity Partners as Managing Director for the Netherlands. He has a bachelor’s degree in Regional Development and Innovation and a master’s degree in Sustainable Development – Environmental Governance.
Roger joined Longevity Partners from OPPS, where he worked as a public procurement consultant on integrated contracts (DBFMO) for sustainable & healthy buildings, and previously worked at TNO (The Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research) on low-carbon climate resilient cities. Roger has as a strong motivation to accelerate the transition towards sustainable cities through strategic advice, benchmarking and by connecting people, initiatives and innovations.
In addition to his work in sustainability, Roger is a board member of Stichting Flor Ayuda, a Dutch charitable foundation for deprived children in Guatemala. Roger is a tennis player, coffee drinker, a movie enthusiast and has a passion for photography.

Amedeo has been an integral part of Longevity Partners for over four years. Having joined the firm as an analyst in early 2019, he then joined the Business Development team in 2021 and is now the Managing Director of Longevity Partners Southern Europe. He has a master’s degree in Environment and Development from King’s College London and brings a wealth of experience gained as Project Analyst with the UN Global Compact. Amedeo is currently responsible for managing the growth and ongoing development of Longevity’s operations in Southern Europe. This includes oversight of the region’s delivery, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and growing the local network.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring Accounting and Finance from The University of Sydney.

Onur Aydin joined Longevity Partners as Managing Director Germany, after spending six years as Head of Asset Management Infrastructure and Areas at Munich Airport.

With extensive expertise in strategic real estate development and a robust academic background in management, sustainability and architecture, he leads Longevity Partners Germany, in Munich. Onur oversees strategic initiatives, provides compliance management support, and delivers sustainable value-adding solutions tailored to the unique needs of the German infrastructure and real estate investment markets.

Niklas is based in Helsinki, Finland, and supports Longevity Partners’ clients and partners across the Nordic region. He brings more than a decade of experience in sustainability consultancy and real-estate advisory throughout Northern Europe.

In his role, Niklas works to strengthen regional collaboration and help clients create long-term value through decarbonisation, resilience and ESG integration across the built environment.

Anthony joined Longevity in 2017, having worked previously for JLL’s Upstream team focussing on sustainability solutions within the commercial real estate sector. Since joining Longevity, he has helped to build out its core services around onsite and offsite renewable energy and electric vehicle charging deployment and has successfully overseen the installation of numerous projects. Anthony passionately believes that the clean energy transition should be viewed as an opportunity and as Director of Longevity Power, his role is to find solutions to ensure that real estate investors and commercial occupiers are able to fully realise the potential of this opportunity.

Anthony holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from University College London.

Stan joined our London office as Director – Building Optimisation and Sustainable Design (now Sustainable Assets). With over 18 years of experience in operations and a strong background in sustainability, low carbon MEP, energy efficiency, and renewable energy, Stan brings a wealth of expertise to our company. Stan will take a leading role, collaborating with clients across sectors and geographies to achieve their carbon reduction targets and enhance sustainability performance.

Eric joined Longevity Partners in May 2020. He is an electronics engineer with a technical background in the energy sector. He oversaw all green building certifications for Iberia in 2022 and the first half of 2023, before being appointed as the global business unit lead for existing building certifications.

Jillian joined Longevity Partners in 2022 as a Policy Analyst. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with an MSc in International Political Economy with a focus on national net zero carbon targets. She has developed expertise in global policies focused on ESG and sustainability and is experienced in project management, ESG strategy implementation, and policy analysis.

Kanon’s background in sustainable development spans across global policy, biodiversity, DEI, and the value chain. For her MSc thesis, she focused on the Belt and Road Initiative as a prime case study to assess international responsibility in maintaining an ethical global supply chain parallel to economic growth.

James’ mission at Longevity is to devise efficient and leading-edge data solutions so that clients can decarbonise their built portfolios at maximum speed. After joining Longevity’s London office in January 2023, he has developed Longevity’s data vertical and played a pivotal role in growing Longevity’s strategic programme management office

Aparajita is a seasoned consultant specialising in ESG program management with a strong focus on data-driven sustainability initiatives. With experience spanning roles such as Sustainability Consultant for a GHG accounting SaaS firm and Environmental Scientist at an Inc. 5000 corporation, she adeptly leverages data to drive strategic sustainability decisions. 

Cameron joined Longevity in 2021 and now leads the global Climate Resilience team in delivery of climate risk assessments, portfolio analyses, strategy and framework developments, and reporting standards in many complex, international and cross-departmental projects. His expertise includes assessing physical and transition climate-related risk across Europe, APAC and in the US.

Laure Ferrand joined Longevity Partners in early 2020 as a senior energy and sustainability consultant, bringing with her years of experience in energy performance contracts for a major CAC40 company. Laure took over the management of Longevity’s French office in 2021 before being appointed as Associate Director, Head of Longevity Transaction Services, in 2023.

 With a Master’s degree in engineering and an MBA, Laure has acquired the skills to lead large-scale energy projects. Laure also pursued a 3-year entrepreneurial journey before joining Longevity, adding to her business and strategic thinking skills.

Laure is an advocate of ‘business doing good’ and an innovation supporter.

Agathe joined Longevity Partners as a Senior Policy Consultant in 2021. She previously worked at the Climate Group and the European Climate Foundation, where she developed strong expertise in climate and sustainability with a focus on policy analysis, resource mobilisation and project management.

Si-Pan joined Longevity Partners in early 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in the technology sector, where he has managed various IT functions. His previous role at a real estate investment management firm, combined with his work at Longevity Partners, has enabled him to lead impactful projects that drive digital transformation and optimize operations. He is committed to ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems while seamlessly bridging technology with business objectives.
