Etienne founded Longevity Partners in 2015. Prior to that, Etienne worked at Knight Frank, JLL and the United Nations Environment Programme (the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agendas).

Etienne has more than a decade of experience in sustainable property investment and strategy.
In 2019, Etienne won the EG Awards in the category ‘Future of Real Estate’. Before that, Etienne was picked to be an Estate Gazette’s ‘Property Rising Star’ and nominated for numerous awards as one of the most active young leaders in the sustainability and real estate industries. He regularly speaks at high-level events, giving his vision for smart cities, carbon neutral buildings, wellbeing in the work place and the future of the real estate industry.
Etienne graduated from the London School of Economics. A keen sportsman, Etienne has run nine marathons and enjoys playing tennis, sailing, skiing, cycling and golf. He is married with a daughter and a son.

Before leading Longevity Partners, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, where she set the company’s sustainability, integrated green principles into core real estate services, and delivered value-add sustainability advisory services for both investors and occupiers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she led the environmental practice for North America at Arcadis, managed the renewable energy and climate consulting team at 3Degrees, and directed multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of clean energy programs at Pacific Gas & Electric.
Jessica’s leadership is defined by her commitment to turn ambition into action by leading digital transformation, leveraging advanced analytics, and accelerating sustainability as a core driver of value creation.

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership across global markets, with expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

Before joining Longevity Partners, he spent nearly 21 years at ERM (Environmental Resources Management), where he led financial strategy across the UK and Asia-Pacific, managing operations in 12 countries and driving EBITDA growth. He later served as VP of Financial Operations at Prescient Healthcare Group, overseeing financial planning, ERP implementation, and ESG initiatives, including Ecovadis Silver Certification and progress toward B Corp status.

Punam Mehta

Punam has 10+ years’ experience across the professional and financial services sector including a Fortune 500 company and at various leading law firms.

As a true generalist – she has a vast array of legal experience covering complex commercial litigation, commercial contracts/corporate, M&A, reputation management, data protection, IP and employment, and advising on ESG issues. Punam lives by the principle that good legal advice is commercial, pragmatic, and strategic, and partners with the business to achieve its objectives. She is passionate about the environment and social equity, and is a Co-Opted Governor for a primary school in Hackney (London). In her spare time, she enjoys creative writing, cooking, interior design, nature and skiing!

Her previous role at a prominent private aviation firm as well as 3 years at Longevity Partners has allowed her to oversee HR operations across the UK, Europe & US. Jehona’s expertise lies in recruitment & selection, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, as well as HR data and analytics.
Organisations stems from the interconnectedness of core functions and the emphasis on employee well-being. Roger Toussaint

Having been active in the field of sustainable urban development since 2012, Roger joined Longevity Partners as Managing Director for the Netherlands.

Roger joined Longevity Partners from OPPS, where he worked as a public procurement consultant on integrated contracts (DBFMO) for sustainable & healthy buildings, and previously worked at TNO (The Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research) on low-carbon climate resilient cities. Roger has as a strong motivation to accelerate the transition towards sustainable cities through strategic advice, benchmarking and by connecting people, initiatives and innovations.
In addition to his work in sustainability, Roger is a board member of Stichting Flor Ayuda, a Dutch charitable foundation for deprived children in Guatemala. Roger is a tennis player, coffee drinker, a movie enthusiast and has a passion for photography.

Amedeo has been an integral part of Longevity Partners for over four years. Having joined the firm as an analyst in early 2019, he then joined the Business Development team in 2021 and is now the Managing Director of Longevity Partners Southern Europe.

Amedeo is currently responsible for managing the growth and ongoing development of Longevity’s operations in Southern Europe. This includes oversight of the region’s delivery, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and growing the local network.

Anthony joined Longevity in 2017, having worked previously for JLL’s Upstream team focussing on sustainability solutions within the commercial real estate sector.

Since joining Longevity, he has helped to build out its core services around onsite and offsite renewable energy and electric vehicle charging deployment and has successfully overseen the installation of numerous projects. Anthony passionately believes that the clean energy transition should be viewed as an opportunity and as Director of Longevity Power, his role is to find solutions to ensure that real estate investors and commercial occupiers are able to fully realise the potential of this opportunity.
Anthony holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from University College London.

Laure took over the management of Longevity’s French office in 2021 before being appointed as Associate Director, Head of Longevity Transaction Services, in 2023.
With a Master’s degree in engineering and an MBA, Laure has acquired the skills to lead large-scale energy projects. Laure also pursued a 3-year entrepreneurial journey before joining Longevity, adding to her business and strategic thinking skills.
