– Delivering specific BREEAM studies for the certification (LCA, LCC studies, daylighting calculations, flood risk assessment, travel plan and Indoor Air Quality plan).
– Monitoring and advising all stakeholders during construction work.
– Successfully delivering the BNC Very Good certification without any QA Feedback from the BRE.
