UNPRI Reporting

With issues of transparency, lack of verified disclosure, and frequent mislabelling of ESG in the media, Longevity Partners welcomes the PRI initiative to create a baseline of accountability around responsible investing. We look forward to the 2023 reporting and encourage signatories to disclose their scores to help create a transparent market.

In an effort to support all UNPRI signatories within the real estate sector, Longevity Partners has developed a reporting tool that models the PRI reporting guidelines, modules, and logic guide in a single document. With our reporting tool, signatories can incorporate their responses from 2021, update their answers, understand what modules and indicators are specific to their disclosure, and prepare for the opening of the web portal happening on June 14th.

Longevity has decided to make this reporting tool available to all signatories to help them prepare ahead of the portal opening. The reporting tool is free to download via the link below. With it, signatories can already input their answers for 2023 and gauge their performance in applicable modules.

We look forward to a very successful PRI reporting season and want signatories to have access to all tools available to promote their transparency. Reach out to Longevity Partners if you have any questions about the tool or would like any support from our team for PRI reporting.

An update on the 2023 UNPRI Reporting

The PRI will open its reporting to signatories on June 14th 2023 after a two-year hiatus. The Reporting Framework has been significantly restructured in response to feedback from the responsible investment market. Longevity Partners has thoroughly reviewed the PRI’s updated Reporting Framework and found it to be revised version to have strengthened the reporting process for signatories.

Key changes include:

Evolved and more challenging

Introduction of the CORE and PLUS model

Simpler, shorter and more consistent

Decreased in number of indicators and sub-indicators by approximately 50%

Improved and more flexible outputs

Key themes are collected in Investment & Stewardship Policy Module to reduce repetition

Restructured the modules to include multiple entities and asset class investors that want to become signatories
