Etienne founded Longevity Partners in 2015. Previously, Etienne worked for Knight Frank, JLL and the United Nations Environment Program (the leading environmental authority that sets global environmental agendas).

Etienne has over ten years of experience in sustainable real estate investment and strategy. He currently advises the largest real estate investment companies in Europe and sits on the board of directors of Orée, France’s leading think tank on biodiversity, circular economy and ESG reporting.

2019, Etienne won the EG Awards in the “Future of Real Estate” category. Previously, Etienne was chosen as a “Rising Star in Real Estate” by Estate Gazette and has been nominated for numerous awards among the most active young leaders in the sustainability and real estate sectors. He regularly speaks at high profile events, outlining his vision for smart cities, carbon neutral buildings, workplace well-being and the future of the real estate industry.

Etienne is a graduate of the London School of Economics. A keen sportsman, Etienne has run nine marathons and enjoys playing tennis, sailing, skiing, cycling and golf. He is married and the father of a daughter and a son.

Ed joined Longevity in September 2022, after 15 years of experience as an engineering consultant. Ed brings with him extensive international experience, including 5 years in the Asia-Pac region. As Group Technical Director, Ed spearheads the technical optimization of our services. He is an expert in many areas including building energy efficiency, asset and portfolio level carbon reduction strategies, passive design, heritage buildings and air quality.

Bernard joined Longevity Partners in 2020 as Commercial Director before being appointed Managing Director of Longevity Partners France & Belux in 2023. Before joining Longevity Partners, he contributed to the sustainable reconstruction process of the city of Lac-Mégantic, Quebec, Canada destroyed in 2013 by a train carrying 7 million liters of crude oil. He holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, and also holds a BA in Philosophy and Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as Managing Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, as well as the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He has over 16 years of experience in finance where he specialized in real estate and credit investments. Prior to joining Longevity Partners, he was a portfolio manager at Norinchukin Bank and an investment manager at Center Point Development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney.

Paul Czembor joined Longevity Partners in December 2022 as Associate Director, Energy. With more than ten years of experience in the energy services sector, Paul has been able to support clients in the real estate sector while promoting efficient and economical use of energy. 

Paul has held a variety of positions that have advanced renewable energy, including optimization of heating systems, predictive maintenance, dynamic hydronic balancing, smart (sub)meters, energy data analysis, energy flow balancing, smart building solutions, and much more. 

Paul est un expert en efficacité énergétique certifié par le Bureau fédéral des affaires économiques et du contrôle des exportations d’Allemagne (BAFA). Il est titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en techniques du bâtiment, énergie et environnement et a suivi des études de troisième cycle en Management.  

Il est un cycliste passionné et aime passer son temps à voyager. Il apprécie la musique et le sport (notamment le football et le basket-ball).  

Ken Russell a lancé le bureau Longevity Partners de Miami en 2022 après avoir été membre de la commission de la ville de Miami pendant deux mandats. Chez Longevity, Ken occupe le poste de Directeur US, Engagement du Secteur Public et Développement du Secteur Privé du Sud-Est. Dans son rôle dans le secteur public, il s’efforcera d’aider les bureaux des gouvernements locaux, étatiques et fédéraux à atteindre leurs objectifs en matière d’environnement et de changement climatique.  

En tant que législateur, Ken a fait adopter certaines des lois environnementales les plus complètes de Floride, notamment la mise en place d’une ordonnance sur l’étalonnage et l’optimisation du développement privé pour aider Miami à atteindre ses objectifs de neutralité carbone. Ken a également adopté une série d’ordonnances sur la qualité de l’eau, y compris une législation sur l’utilisation des engrais parmi les plus strictes de l’État et une ordonnance sur les crimes environnementaux qui tient les pollueurs responsables de leurs déversements dans la baie. À l’origine, Ken s’est présenté aux élections après avoir mené une action de quartier pour assainir les parcs contaminés de la ville. Avant cela, Ken a fondé une entreprise à forte croissance de vente en gros dans le secteur des sports nautiques et a même été actif dans plus de 50 pays en tant que joueur de yo-yo professionnel !

L’expérience entrepreneuriale de Ken et sa connaissance du secteur public aideront Longevity Partners à réunir les secteurs privé et public pour agir sur le changement climatique. Ken parle quatre langues et vit à Coconut Grove avec sa femme vétérinaire et leurs deux filles, deux chats et un chien.

She joined Longevity Partners in early 2020 as a senior energy and sustainability consultant, with several years of experience in energy performance contracts for a large CAC40 company. With a master’s degree in engineering and an MBA, she has acquired skills to carry out large-scale energy projects. She also pursued a 3-year entrepreneurial journey before joining Longevity, adding to her business and strategic thinking skills.

Laure is a ‘business doing good’ activist and a supporter of innovation.

Molly a rejoint Longevity Partners début 2022 après avoir été directrice des études de durabilité à l’Université du Texas à Austin, où elle a obtenu un doctorat en géographie. Chez Longevity, Molly dirige une équipe d’analystes et de consultants à travers les États-Unis et supervise la stratégie ESG et la livraison de projets. Elle développe également de nouvelles lignes de service ainsi que l’assurance qualité. Au cours de sa carrière universitaire, Molly a développé le programme de licence en durabilité et a mené des recherches au Pérou sur les effets du changement climatique sur les écosystèmes et les communautés de montagne, financées par la National Science Foundation. Avant d’entrer à l’université du Texas, Molly a cofondé une société d’immobilier commercial qui représentait des acheteurs et des vendeurs de biens d’investissement et de terrains.

Molly a obtenu une licence en études latino-américaines à l’université Vanderbilt, une maîtrise en études latino-américaines et un doctorat en géographie à l’université du Texas à Austin. Elle parle espagnol et possède le titre de CCIM. Pendant son temps libre, vous pouvez trouver Molly en train de pédaler sur des routes de gravier ou d’essayer de convaincre un poisson de manger une mouche.

Anthony Maguire est directeur de notre filiale, Longevity Power. Anthony a rejoint Longevity en 2017, après avoir travaillé précédemment pour l’équipe Upstream de JLL où il se concentrait sur les solutions de durabilité dans le secteur de l’immobilier commercial. Depuis qu’il a rejoint Longevity, il a contribué au développement de nos services principaux entourant les énergies renouvelables sur site et hors site et le déploiement de la charge des véhicules électriques, et a supervisé avec succès l’installation de nombreux projets. Anthony considère que la transition vers une énergie propre doit être traitée comme une opportunité et, en tant que directeur de Longevity Power, son rôle est de trouver des solutions pour s’assurer que les investisseurs immobiliers et les occupants commerciaux sont en mesure de réaliser pleinement le potentiel de cette opportunité.

Anthony est titulaire d’un MSc en technologie environnementale de l’Imperial College de Londres et d’une licence en géographie de l’University College London.

Ding Li dirige le service Stratégie de Longevity Partners au sein du groupe. Elle et son équipe donnent des conseils sur les stratégies ESG et leur mise en œuvre, les feuilles de route net zéro carbone basées sur la science et la valeur sociale dans le paysage immobilier.

Forte de huit ans d’expérience dans le domaine ESG, Ding travaille en Europe, en Amérique et dans la région Asie-Pacifique. Elle marie ses connaissances en planning stratégique et son expérience au sein d’agences de classement et de sociétés d’ingénierie pour développer des stratégies ESG à la fois ambitieuses et pratiques. Au T2 2022, Longevity Partners a développé des stratégies ESG et fourni un soutien continu à la gestion ESG pour plus de 40 entreprises et fonds à travers 25 pays.

Accolé par GreenBiz au sein de sa classe 2018 des « 30 under 30 », Ding est une praticienne accréditée en matière de retour social sur investissement (SROI) et est titulaire d’une maîtrise en ingénierie et gestion de l’environnement.

Divya has been our Associate Director, Sustainable Design and Wellbeing, since 2022. She joined Longevity in 2017 and has since specialized in asset-level ESG strategy with a focus on holistic implementation of net-zero carbon initiatives , social and innovation during the design process.

Peter a rejoint Longevity Partners en 2022.  Ayant commencé sa carrière en tant qu’architecte, il a conçu des bâtiments innovants aux performances environnementales exceptionnelles, travaillant à travers l’Europe et l’Amérique du Nord.

Il a étudié l’architecture et le design urbain à l’université de Cambridge et a travaillé dans deux des principaux cabinets d’architectes du Royaume-Uni, dont AHMM, lauréat du très convoité prix Stirling.  S’inspirant de son vif intérêt pour l’environnement naturel, Peter s’est spécialisé dans la construction de bâtiments écologiques, obtenant les meilleures notes du secteur en matière de Passivhaus et de BREEAM pour tous ses projets. Au niveau stratégique, Peter a élaboré des plans directeurs et travaillé dans le domaine de la politique, s’efforçant de créer des environnements urbains dynamiques et inclusifs.

Créatif, Peter est passionné par la cuisine, l’écriture, l’art et l’entrepreneuriat. En tant que sportif, il aime l’aviron et le vélo.

Agathe Kuhn is our Associate Director, Policy and Regulation. She joined Longevity Partners as a senior policy consultant in 2021. She previously worked at the Climate Group and the European Climate Foundation, where she developed strong expertise in the field of climate and sustainability, putting the focus on policy analysis, resource mobilization and project management.

She holds a master’s degree in political science and European politics from Sciences Po Grenoble.

Olivia O’Brien est Directrice Associée, Résilience Climatique, chez Longevity Partners, depuis 2022. Elle a rejoint Longevity Partners en 2018 après avoir obtenu une maîtrise en français et géographie de l’Université de St Andrews en Ecosse, avec une spécialisation en sciences politiques du changement climatique. Avant d’occuper ce poste chez Longevity Partners, elle a travaillé au développement de moyens de subsistance durables dans les zones rurales du Nicaragua et, avec le Programme des Nations Unies pour l’environnement (Genève).

Olivia est une passionnée de voyages et de sport qui joue au hockey depuis son plus jeune âge tout en pratiquant la course, le ski et la randonnée sur de longues distances.

Tom Lawton a rejoint Longevity Partners en 2023 en tant que responsable du reporting ESG et du Data Management au niveau mondial. Il a une expérience dans l’immobilier, la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie robuste de gestion des données et la production de rapports ESG pour les parties prenantes au sein d’une entreprise multinationale de retail. Auparavant, il a travaillé en tant que consultant, aidant des entreprises de toutes tailles dans divers secteurs d’activité à développer, intégrer et améliorer la gestion des données et à garantir la transparence et la précision des rapports.

Stefano Capacci is our Head of Sustainable Finance, serving clients on green loans and bonds, responsible investment strategies, and integration of ESG portfolios. Stefano joined Longevity Partners in 2021, after working in NGO management and consulting. Stefano’s goal is to create a positive environmental impact through ESG advice.

Roger Baumann joined Longevity in 2019 as non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee. Roger Baumann has 20 years of experience in real estate, consulting, product development, IT, finance, sustainability and operations. He most recently served as COO and Head of Sustainability, Global Real Estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Zurich, Switzerland, and Managing Director of Credit Suisse’s German arm, Credit Suisse Asset Management KAG, based in Frankfurt. He has just joined the Zurich Insurance Group Ltd. as COO & Head Product Development Global Real Estate based in Zurich on September 30, 2019. Roger graduated in civil engineering from ETH Zurich and holds an international MBA from the State University of New York. Additionally, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and of the European Investment Committee of the CRREM (EU-funded Carbon Risk Monitor) research project.

Associate director of the urban planning and architecture agency Bechu & Associés, Clémence joined the board of directors of Longevity Partners as a senior advisor in 2021. Graduated with an MSG from the University of Dauphine Paris, then with a Master’s degree in international project management from ESCP, Clémence spent two years in China in 2003-2004, where she notably worked for the agency on the renovation project for the Qianmen district in Beijing, with a view to of the 2008 Olympics. 

Elle a ensuite fait ses armes de conseil en stratégie chez Capgemini Consulting, avant de fonder en 2009 une start-up de logistique urbaine innovante, WineSitting. Elle a enfin rejoint l’agence en 2014, au sein de laquelle elle pilote la mise en place d’une stratégie de développement axée autour de l’innovation et de l’urbanisme durable. Soulignons que Clémence Bechu est très impliquée dans le développement de l’innovation biomimétique, aux côtés du CEEBIOS, au sein duquel elle a co-fondé le Biomim’City Lab, ainsi que dans divers travaux liés aux enjeux climatiques de la ville. 

Clémence Bechu est lauréate du classement « Choiseul Ville de demain » (éditions 2019 et 2020), ainsi qu’administratrice de la Real Estech et membre des Comités de Mission du groupe Frey et de la société ELAN.

Elle adore l’écriture, inventer des contes et des poèmes. Elle est mariée et maman de 2 enfants avec lesquels elle mène tout un tas d’expériences pour assouvir sa soif de sciences!  

Yvon a rejoint Longevity Partners en tant que membre du Conseil d’Administration en 2021. Considéré comme l’un des plus éminents avocats en droit de l’environnement en France, il a notamment été nommé Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite en 2006. Il est ancien vice-bâtonnier de l’ordre et ancien membre du conseil de l’ordre des avocats de paris. Yvon Martinet a une solide expérience en droit immobilier et en droit de l’environnement industriel, tant au niveau national qu’international. Depuis 2003, il est expert à l’Institut Français des Experts Juridiques Internationaux (I.F.E.J.I), en droit de l’environnement, des ressources naturelles et de l’alimentation.

Jürgen Fenk joined the German Board of Directors of Longevity Partners in 2021. Jürgen is the CEO of Primonial REIM and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), of which he was the president for the European region. As a member of the German Board of Directors of Longevity Partners, Jürgen Fenk provides strategic advice to the German and global management teams.

David Cropper worked for 22 years at TMG Partners where he served as Director of Development and was a member of the management team and investment committee.

He has 37 years of experience in real estate development, including project design, obtaining permits, construction and financing.

He has been a partner in over 20 million square meters of development projects and at TMG he was responsible for The Crossing | San Bruno, an award-winning $250 million transit-oriented mixed-use project, as well as 650 Townsend, a major mixed-use office and retail project in San Francisco. Most recently, he led the acquisition and redevelopment of Champion Station, an 810,000 square meter rehabilitation of the former Cisco Systems headquarters.

David’s career began in commercial real estate finance at Union Bank and Comerica Bank, where he oversaw Comerica’s real estate lending practice throughout the West Country.

David is involved with NAIOP, Habitat for Humanity and chairs the Urban Land Institute’s Sustainability Council.

David holds a BA in English Literature and Religious Studies from Occidental College.

Tamar Dane Dor-Ner is a partner at Bain & Company, where she has worked since 1999. She has also worked in offices in New York, San Francisco and Stockholm. She is currently Associate Director of the Boston office and oversees all local operations for the company. She is also a member of the company’s board of directors and chair of the risk committee.

Over a decade ago, Tamar founded Bain’s Brand Positioning & Strategy group and has long been a key member of our Private Equity, Retail and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices .

In addition to brand strategy, Tamar has led hundreds of due diligence efforts, focusing on Retail and Consumer Products and generally assessing brand strength, strategy and resilience. Previously, she led our Private Equity Retail investments in the Americas.

She has also led numerous engagements to support retail businesses through transformative Mergers and Acquisitions , from due diligence to integration and capturing synergies.

Au-delà des transactions, le travail de Tamar dans le domaine du retail corporate a été étayé par la génération d’informations inédites sur les clients et à la rentabilité de leur mise en place dans la stratégie de marque, la gestion des produits et des catégories, la tarification et le merchandising. Ses principaux clients sont des magasins d’alimentation, des clubs, des pharmacies et des grandes surfaces, ainsi que des restaurants et des magasins de vêtements.

Tamar a obtenu une maîtrise et une licence, avec mention très bien, à la Northwestern University. Pendant ses études, elle a été nommée boursière Weinberg et James Alton James. Elle siège au conseil de la Fondation de la Boston Preparatory Charter School et au conseil de Cradles to Crayons.

She lives in Boston with her husband Dan and her two sons, Felix and Gideon.
