私たちの任務 ロンジェビティー・パートナーズはIC Netherlands Real Estate Investors B.V.のESGポリシーのさらなる発展をサポートするためにご依頼いただき、入居者満足度に対するアクション・プランと従業員との関係性向上プログラムの開発を行いました。 IC Netherlands社は2つの不動産投資ファンドを運営しています。1つはオランダの学生・若年専門家向け住宅ファンド（Dsyph）で、もう1つはオランダ都市生活ベンチャー（Dulv）です。ロンジェビティーは、これら2つのファンドのgresb申請を行い、2020年までにスコアを向上させることを目標にgresbの結果を調査しました。弊社専門家の提言により、2019年から2020年にかけてスコアが倍増させることに成功しました。

私たちの任務 ロンジェビティー・パートナーズ は、ブーウインベスト・オフィス・ファンドの Gresb 申請を管理し、次年度の最適化の機会を特定することで Gresb評価向上に努めました。 ブーウィンベスト・オフィス・ファンドは、サステナビリティと柔軟性を重要な要素とし て、将来性のあるオフィス空間に焦点を当てています。社会のサステナビリティに貢献することを目標に掲げ、2045年までに完全なエネルギー・ニュートラルなポートフォリオを実現することを目指しています。ロンジェビティー・パートナーズは、Gresb報告の一環として、オフィスファンド資産ごとに、進行中および計画中のESG戦略の概要を作成しました。これにより弊社の専門家は、ブーウィンベスト社がESG目標を達成するために必要な将来の主要戦略を特定することができました。 さらにブーウィンベストのオ フィスファンド全体のBIU査定を行い、「資産」の要素について少なくとも 「非常に良い」レベルを達成しました。
