Longevity Partners was commissioned to conduct environmental audits on more than 80 buildings across France, United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands and Spain. Our engineers surveyed the sites and made recommendations to determine the appropriate decarbonisation measures and the implementation roadmap for each asset. Cost estimates for the implementation of decarbonisation measures were produced based on equipment suppliers and installers quotes, while considering the asset and fund managers business plans.
