London, 16 October 2025 – Longevity Partners, the global multi-disciplinary energy and sustainability consultancy, today announced that its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Etienne Cadestin, will transition from his executive role after an extraordinary decade at the helm.
Since establishing Longevity Partners in 2015, Etienne has led the company through a period of spectacular growth and global expansion. What began as a pioneering idea in London has grown into an internationally recognized sustainability powerhouse, with offices across Europe, North America, and Asia, and a reputation for having real impact on the world’s largest real estate and investment companies.
Under Etienne’s leadership, the firm doubled every year for the first eight years and was one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. Longevity Partners established itself as a global technology enabled advisory firm to future proof the built environment sector.
Etienne will continue to serve as Founder and Board Member, remaining actively involved in Longevity’s long-term strategic direction.
“Creating Longevity Partners has been the honour of my life,” said Etienne Cadestin. “Throughout this journey, I have always tried to lead with kindness, purpose, and generosity. These values have not only guided how we work with one another, but also how we serve our clients and drive impact in the wider world. It is this culture that fills me with the greatest confidence in Longevity’s continued success. As I step down as CEO, I do so with immense pride in what we have built together and full confidence in the firm’s future under Jessica’s leadership. Going forward, I will remain deeply committed to advancing the green economy and I will continue to build companies that deliver lasting positive impact for our planet and society.”
The company also announced that Jessica Francisco, former Chief Sustainability Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, will join as Chief Executive Officer. Jessica joins Longevity Partners with over two decades of experience in corporate sustainability and strategic transformation. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she led the sustainability practice at Arcadis U.S., the renewable energy and climate consulting team at 3Degrees, and multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of clean energy programs at Pacific Gas & Electric. Her leadership has focused on harnessing data, technology, and innovation to unlock commercial value through sustainability.
“Longevity Partners has established itself as a trusted advisor for real estate stakeholders by helping them unlock value, mitigate risk, and future-proof their assets by bridging strategy with execution,” said Francisco. “I am honoured to join this exceptional team and to lead the next stage of our growth – one defined by leading digital transformation, leveraging advanced analytics, and accelerating sustainability as a core driver of value creation.”
John Woyton, Chairman of the Board, commented:
“On behalf of the Longevity’s Board, I would like to extend our gratitude to Etienne for his vision and unwavering commitment over the past decade. From founding Longevity Partners with a bold mission to create a global advisory, to guiding its evolution into an analytics-driven firm powering meaningful change across the built environment, Etienne’s impact has been extraordinary. We are delighted he will continue supporting Longevity as an observer on our Board. We also warmly welcome Jessica to the role of CEO and are confident her strategic insight and digital expertise will lead Longevity into its next era of innovation and growth.”
