Our Task
Longevity Partners was appointed to issue BREEAM and LEED certifications on a portfolio of three large industrial assets across France, totalling 420,000 sq m.
As part of the project, we also completed the relevant studies required for the delivery of BREEAM and LEED certifications, such as Life Cycle Costing, Life Cycle Analysis, Energy modelling, an Indoor Air Quality plan and a Commissioning plan.
