Physical climate risk modelling for 60 assets ; Climate modellling aligned with BREEAM criteria
Longevity Partners conducted detailed physical climate risk modelling at the asset level using Jupiter ClimateScore Global. The analysis simulated exposure to key climate hazards - including temperature rise, flooding, and extreme weather - across multiple timeframes from the present day through to 2080, incorporating different SSP climate scenarios. This forward-looking approach enabled the identification of both immediate and long-term vulnerabilities under a range of future conditions. All modelling was performed in alignment with BREEAM criteria RSL 01, RSL 03, and RSL 06, ensuring consistency with best practice for resilience and asset management. The outcomes provided a robust foundation for resilience planning, certification alignment, and data-driven investment decisions to future-proof asset performance against evolving climate risks.
