• Assessed three assets for alignment with EU Taxonomy Activity 7.7• Integrated climate risk and vulnerability analysis to meet DNSH and adaptation criteria
Longevity Partners conducted a detailed EU Taxonomy assessment for three assets under Activity 7.7 — Acquisition and Ownership — addressing both Climate Change Mitigation and Climate Change Adaptation objectives. The analysis included a comprehensive review of Primary Energy Demand (PED) performance relative to national thresholds, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings, and compliance with the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) criteria and Minimum Social Safeguards. Each asset-level report provided a clear alignment outcome for both mitigation and adaptation objectives, alongside a pass/fail summary against every Technical Screening Criterion. The assessment also identified tailored actions to improve alignment, including specific energy performance upgrades and resilience measures. This structured, evidence-based approach equipped the client with a transparent understanding of current alignment status and a clear roadmap for achieving full EU Taxonomy compliance across their portfolio.
