Longevity Partners supported the client in accelerating the decarbonisation of a logistics portfolio through a series of detailed sustainability audits. The project focused on evaluating operational performance, identifying retrofit opportunities, and assessing the financial implications of energy efficiency measures. Longevity’s engineers carried out site-level assessments to benchmark performance and provide targeted recommendations for emissions reduction. A bespoke CapEx dashboard was developed to enable direct comparison of asset performance, simulate decarbonisation scenarios, and model the investment impacts of various interventions. This data-driven approach equipped the client to optimise both asset-level and portfolio-wide strategies, align with CRREM targets, and make informed investment decisions that advance long-term net zero objectives.
