• Created portfolio-level tool for automated EU Taxonomy alignment assessments• Enabled cross-geography reporting despite varying EPC and NZEB definitions
Longevity Partners developed a semi-automated EU Taxonomy assessment tool designed to streamline portfolio-level alignment evaluations across multiple geographies. The objective was to simplify complex data workflows and enable efficient, transparent disclosure, even in markets where national EPC schemes and NZEB definitions differ from EU standards. The tool provides an intuitive framework for both asset- and fund-level reporting, featuring a dynamic dashboard that visualises portfolio alignment by Net Asset Value, country, and activity type. Each component - including the user guide, data input sheets, and guidance notes—supports clear and consistent alignment assessments against the EU Taxonomy’s substantial contribution and Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) criteria. The platform also integrates climate risk assessment requirements, Minimum Social Safeguards, and financial disclosure methodologies (CapEx, OpEx, Turnover). This innovative, scalable solution allows global investment managers to standardise EU Taxonomy reporting while maintaining flexibility for regional regulatory differences.
