• Multi-asset natural hazard exposure assessments across Europe• Enhanced BREEAM In-Use scores
Longevity Partners supported the client in strengthening climate resilience across a pan-European portfolio through detailed natural hazard exposure assessments and the development of tailored emergency response plans. The work covered multiple assets and focused on identifying key physical risks such as flooding, heat stress, and seismic exposure. By aligning all assessments and recommendations with BREEAM In-Use Parts 1 and 2 criteria, the project not only improved preparedness and risk management but also contributed to enhanced certification outcomes. The comprehensive approach integrated risk mitigation, operational continuity, and sustainability performance, providing measurable value both in asset resilience and in achieving higher BREEAM ratings across the portfolio
