Portfolio-Wide Climate Risk Assessment and Resilience Strategy

Highlights

• Climate risk assessment across 21 assets• Analysis of physical and transition vulnerabilities with ESG integration

Project Details

Longevity Partners conducted a comprehensive climate risk assessment to evaluate both physical and transition risks across a multi-asset portfolio. The team analysed potential impacts under three future climate scenarios, identifying six material risk hotspots through detailed market exposure and regulatory assessments. For each hotspot, bespoke resilience strategies were developed, accompanied by a phased Plan A–C implementation roadmap to address varying levels of risk. The project also navigated complex policy environments that limited local climate action, ensuring that resilience planning remained practical and compliant. All findings were integrated into the client’s strategic ESG framework, with climate-related financial disclosures aligned to TCFD principles and included within annual reporting. This proactive approach strengthened the portfolio’s long-term resilience and regulatory readiness.
