Longevity Partners carried out environmental audits across a diverse portfolio of more than 80 buildings located in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain. The engagement aimed to identify and prioritise decarbonisation opportunities across the portfolio while aligning recommendations with each fund’s strategic business plan. On-site surveys were undertaken by Longevity’s engineers to assess building performance, identify efficiency improvements, and determine feasible retrofit pathways. For each asset, a tailored decarbonisation roadmap was developed, supported by cost estimates based on supplier and installer quotations. The outcome provided a clear, actionable strategy to reduce operational carbon emissions and future-proof the portfolio against tightening energy and regulatory requirements.
