Longevity Partners supported the design-stage sustainability strategy for a large-scale data centre in Manassas, Virginia, targeting BNC certification. The project, encompassing approximately 390,000 square feet with a planned capacity of 96 MW, focused on integrating sustainability from the earliest design stages to maximise environmental and social value. Early engagement in the certification process enabled the development of enhanced biodiversity and land use strategies, alongside community impact assessments that ensured responsible site integration. The design also prioritised indoor environmental quality, including acoustic performance and occupant well-being. Through collaboration with design teams and engineers, Longevity Partners delivered measurable value by embedding sustainability principles into every phase of development, ensuring alignment with the client’s ESG objectives and long-term investment goals.
