• Comprehensive energy and efficiency analysis across entire portfolio• Transition and physical risk assessments aligned with TCFD and CRREM Key Numbers: 11 assets, >1 million sqm surface area
Longevity Partners delivered a portfolio-wide strategy to optimise energy performance and accelerate progress toward net zero carbon. The project began with data collection and analysis across 11 assets to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and carbon reduction. Using the CRREM tool and TCFD-aligned methodologies, the team conducted detailed transition risk assessments, ensuring compliance with emerging legislation and investor expectations. In parallel, deep-dive vulnerability analyses were carried out to evaluate exposure to physical climate risks, resulting in targeted resilience action plans for each asset. The roadmap provided clear, data-driven steps to mitigate climate-related financial and social impacts through a double materiality lens. The outcome equipped the client with a robust, forward-looking strategy integrating risk management, operational optimisation, and long-term net zero alignment.
