Longevity Partners was responsible for BREEAM In-Use certification of the Metropoolgebouw in Amsterdam where the Zoku hotel is located. This property was assessed on the Asset component, resulting in a score of ‘Good’. An optimization report was also provided in which an overview of measures was presented to take the BREEAM In-Use score to a higher level.
