Longevity Partners was appointed to manage the environmental performance data collection process for the 2018 GRESB submission for the VEDF and CEREIT portfolios.
This involved the collection and verification of environmental data for 21 properties across Germany, France and the UK. We also provided data assurance services across the portfolio.
This service resulted in an increased GRESB score as well as greater tenant engagement across the portfolio.
