Today, the Government has announced it is pulling the plug on support for the development of small scale solar PV projects (both feed-in and export tariffs).
What you need to know:
- There is until the 31st March to benefit from the feed-in and export tariffs;
- There is still time to fully complete an installation if you make a decision at the beginning of January;
- The export tariff will exist in a different form;
- Solar PV makes financial sense without the need for subsidies and therefore can be developed on many commercial properties post March-2019.
