- The ESG consultancy announces round of 40 promotions in July 2023, including UK C-suite hires.
- The business also announces its 2022 financial results, which nearly double for the eighth consecutive year.
London, August 1st, 2023: Europe’s fastest growing responsible business and climate consultancy, Longevity Partners, today announces its largest number of promotions and internal appointments to date, with the business seeing a total of 40 employee moves within the month of July, as the consultancy continues to commit to recognizing and rewarding its employees.
Over the past months, Longevity Partners has achieved remarkable growth and solidified its position as a key player in the ESG sector. The significant promotions and appointments coincide with the consultancy’s continued financial growth, in which global revenue nearly doubled for the eighth consecutive year from a global revenue of £6,401,000 in 2021 to £11,994,835 at 2022 financial year end. The company’s projected growth for 2024 follows the same trajectory of nearly doubling once again, even in the current inflationary environment, which the firm sees as a great success and indicator of their leadership and the continued market demand.
Appointments in the UK include Ed Wealend, who assumes a new leadership role and joins the company C-suite as Group Chief Innovation Officer, having joined the consultancy in 2022, and bringing with him extensive experience in research and innovation in sustainable property design. Additionally, the US arm welcomes Molly Polk, who will take the helm of the US operations and has been promoted to Managing Director and Ted Stadtmueller, who has been promoted to Head of Business Development US.
Global moves include Amedeo Musini, who has been appointed as Managing Director for Italy following his five-year anniversary in the business.
Etienne Cadestin, Founder and Global CEO of Longevity Partners, comments: “We place great emphasis on fostering a culture that recognizes and values the skills and expertise of our exceptional team. By empowering individuals and providing opportunities for career growth, we aim to create a unique culture that fuels success and delivers outstanding results.
“I genuinely think we have the best team available out there. The success of Longevity Partners comes down to our people, their dedication, expertise, and hard work. As we continue to build upon this momentum, we work hard to retain our outstanding talent, and take pride in acknowledging the team’s performance that has propelled our business forward.”
Ed Wealend, newly appointed Global Chief Innovation Officer of Longevity Partners, comments: “I am absolutely thrilled to embark on this next part of my journey as Chief Innovation Officer at Longevity Partners. The opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of such a young, dynamic, organization is both daunting and exciting. I can’t wait to lead the charge in exploring new ideas, fostering creativity, and propelling our company to new heights.”
The consultancy currently employs 200 members of staff across 10 offices in Europe, the US, and Asia and has aggressive growth plans to expand to a global team of 440 by the end of 2025, while continuing to nurture internal talent.
As we celebrate these promotions and new appointments, we would also like to take this opportunity to share that after two years as an external advisor to the Longevity Board and two years as our Chief Commercial Officer, Louise Ellison is departing the company to look for a new challenge. We have successfully completed our recruitment process for her replacement. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Louise for her valuable contributions and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
