His journey, at Longevity Partners, began in May 2020, and has been marked by outstanding accomplishments. In 2021, Eric supported the development and establishment of the Building Optimization business unit, now the second-largest unit globally. In this new role, Eric’s mission is to optimize internal processes, develop a certification academy, integrate AI, and promote environmentally conscious construction practices to deliver net-zero carbon buildings. He expressed his vision, stating, “my goal is for Longevity Partners to be a global leader in green building performance validation, expanding our scope from BREEAM In-Use and promoting innovative practices to meet the highest quality standards.”

Cale Reeves, who joined Longevity Partners in January 2023 as the Associate Director of Energy and Net Zero Carbon, will now serve as the Business Unit Lead for Building Optimization. Cale’s extensive background, including his role as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Public Policy, positions him perfectly for this role. He has already made significant contributions to Longevity Partners by introducing innovative products and enhancing quality assurance within the US division. Cale’s vision for the future emphasizes knowledge sharing and global collaboration to achieve emissions reduction. He stated, “With the tools in place to mobilize all of our information, we will become even better equipped to help our clients reduce emissions. Globally, we’ve prescribed more than 100 thousand tons of emissions reductions. Today, we set our aim on a megaton of CO2e reductions. Gigaton, you’re next.”
