Clémence has a MSG from the University Dauphine Paris, and a Masters in International Project Management from the ESCP.
She has developed a career open to the world and cultures; the 2 years she spent in China between 2002 and 2005 allowed her to discover the inherent structural link between urban and societal revolution, on a large scale, already supporting the agency on the development of local projects: the renovation of the Qianmen district in Beijing, and the extension of the city of Pingyao. With her experience and real passion for research, technology and the emergence of new markets, she trained in Strategy Consulting at Capgemini Consulting before creating and developing an innovative urban logistics start-up, ” WineSitting ”.
In 2014, she decided to join the agency as Director of Development, to implement a development strategy focused on innovation and sustainable urban planning. She is implementing a project-based approach that directs the culture of the family-owned, century-old agency towards the future. Very involved in the development of biomimetic innovation alongside the CEEBIOS, within which she co-founded the Biomim’City Lab, as well as in various works related to the city’s climate issues, Clémence is developing numerous new projects, all inspired by nature.
This commitment for sustainable cities has led her to become a partner of the Société Française d’Urbanisme. Clémence won the “Choiseul City of Tomorrow” ranking, promotions 2019 and 2020, as well as a director of Real Estech and member of the Mission Committees of the Frey group and of the ELAN company.
