Longevity Partners certified BREEAM-In Use 3 of Aberdeen Standard Investments’ assets (2 logistics and 1 office asset). The assets, located in Eindhoven, Venray and Tiel, comprise of a total of 54,835 m2 of gross floor area. An optimization report was also provided in which an overview of measures to take in order to obtain a higher score were presented.
