Longevity Partners was appointed as BREEAM In-Use expert to issue the certificate for ‘Port City III’ and ‘Arnhem 026’. Credit Suisse’s assets have been assessed on the Asset and Management components of BREEAM In-Use. An optimization report was also provided. Port City III is an office building located on the Waalhaven South Side. The design of this building was inspired by the silos that used to be present in the harbour, and consists mainly of glass facades with rounded corners. The asset comprises a total of 8,270 m² of gross floor space. There are eight floors equipped for an office function, and there is a parking garage that offers space for 194 cars. Arnhem 026 is located in the Arnhem city centre and can easily be reached with both public and private transport.
