Longevity Partners has performed a Sustainability Strategy Review featuring peer review, investor review, legislation review and materiality assessment.
Based on the findings from the materiality assessment, Longevity proposed a 3-year action plan and currently working with the client to lead ESG committee meetings and implement recommended initiatives including:
- Data management,
- GRESB Gap Analysis,
- Health and wellbeing certification feasibility study,
- UNPRI application management and policy development across BauMont Real Estate One Fund, etc.
