Longevity partners was appointed by Europa Capital to deliver a portfolio-wide BREEAM In-Use assessment of Europa’s Dutch Logistics fund. The Fund is made of 9 logistics assets that represent a total gross floor area of more than 130,000 m2. The objective is to achieve at least the level ‘Good’ on the Asset component.
