• Compliance with EU Taxonomy “Minimum Safeguards”.
• Code of Conduct outlining our commitment to responsible business, our values and obligations.
• Implementing supply chain due diligence and our Supplier Code of Conduct.

Impact Through Our Services

We help our clients achieve measurable sustainability outcomes:

• Delivered over 15.2 million sqm of certified real estate in 2024 (including highest scoring assets in Ireland, Belgium, and the US).
• Enabled clients to significantly reduce emissions, energy use, and improve ESG ratings (e.g. GRESB submissions scored on average 16+ points above global benchmarks).
• Mapped our services to key SDGs to maximise positive outcomes.
