Longevity Partners was appointed to provide a number of energy saving services for our client, including:
– Conduct solar PV feasibility studies for 14 shopping centres across the UK, Ireland and France;
– Deliver a turnkey 400 kWp solar PV installation to the roof of Cabot Circus;
– Develop a bespoke carport solution across 4 shopping centre car parks in the UK and France;
– Deliver a BREEAM-In-Use Assessment for one of the largest shopping centres in Europe, Dundrum and for another one in France, the Espace St Quentin in Montigny-le-Bretonneux.
Longevity has an established relationship with Hammerson since inception. The client was able to better manage asset risk and understand the level of environmental sustainability in their prime retail assets and meet their investors’ requirements.
We have designed many PV systems for their shopping centres and installed two arrays, which are now generating clean power for their tenants for many years to come.
